THE DUCK - The Great Book of Nature - EN

A goose, a duck, and a young hen go fishing in the river. Immediately, the duck shows off his prowess so that the goose does his best to emulate him. Unfortunately, the young hen is sighted by an eagle that swoops down and carries it off. The goose runs away, while the duck sets about looking for his kidnapped companion. Finally, after the duck has tried several times to free the hen, a squirrel comes to the rescue, and the day is saved. The goose begs the duck and the hen to excuse his lack of courage.
