The Skipper operates a morning trolley train run which gets disrupted by many interlopers. Katrinka, her motto is "I fix", is the star heroine. First the trolley can’t handle a steep hill climb so the passengers get out to help push . . . and then get left behind. Next, "Molly" Moo-Cow chases after the trolley and climbs on, but her weight sends it into a muddy pond. The Skipper calls for Katrinka who pulls him and the trolley out of the mud. Yet even after a quick wash the trolley remains too dirty. So Katrinka repaints it in red. This red color next incites a bull and, after the Skipper's lackluster bullfighting skills, another call to Katrinka is made. She comes to the rescue again and shoves the bull away. The Skipper finally gets to the train station, only to discover the train's been canceled until next week!!
