【Synopsis】
Yang Ye, an ordinary white-collar worker, works in a small-scale jewelry company. He is a typical "Buddha-style youth" who lives a carefree life without goals. He shares an apartment with the easy-going girl Zhao Xin and the quirky roommate Huang Bing. Life goes on without much purpose, and he becomes somewhat numb after experiencing the double blow of unemployment and heartbreak. In an unexpected accident, Yang Ye triggers the hidden power within an ancestral necklace and gains the ability of X-ray vision. Excited by his newfound power, Yang Ye is torn between letting go of his ex-girlfriend and the growing affection for his roommate Zhao Xin. Within a few days, the roommates find themselves entangled in a dangerous event targeting Yang Ye. As he solves the perilous situation to save everyone, Yang Ye gradually confronts his own inner struggles and discovers the importance of protecting something dear and finding the meaning of life.
