【Synopsis】
College student Qin Nan stumbled upon a mobile video of a press conference about biology featuring Professor He Lixin. However, Qin Nan was not happy after watching it because he discovered that He Lixin was his grandfather Qin Peng's exploring partner from twenty years ago. Qin Peng had gone missing since then. Qin Nan, along with his girlfriend Wang Yingying, decided to seek out He Lixin for answers. However, He Lixin did not reveal the truth to them. Determined to uncover the mystery, Qin Nan, Wang Yingying, and three classmates began an exploration to Qinling Mountains. During their journey, they camped in the mountains at night. Unexpectedly, in the middle of the night, Song Chen's girlfriend, Wang Xiaoqing, mysteriously met with a wealthy boy named Liu Zhe. After their secret meeting, Wang Xiaoqing encountered a mysterious creature, causing her to scream and wake everyone up. The others blamed her for being overly dramatic, suggesting it was just a monkey in the mountains. However, Wang Xiaoqing, usually calm and composed, broke character and burst into tears, insisting that she had indeed seen a wild creature.
