The tale of Cars is set in an alternate universe where every character is a vehicle or some kind of, whether it's a car, an airplane, or a boat. The story follows Lightning McQueen, a rookie race vehicle who discovers the lost town of Radiator Springs on his way to the biggest race of his life.

The Cars Mater National Championship is a racing game based on Pixar's extremely successful animated film series Cars. It has classic racing mechanics as well as a variety of movie personalities, including Lighting McQueen. There are many more characters from the movies, as well as some new faces, who will appear throughout the plot. These new characters are automobiles from all over the world, some of which are pretty likable. It's quite similar to the last Cars game, but it's also an improvement over it.

The first annual Mater National Race Festival, hosted by Lightning's best friend, Mater. All new international group of racers vying for the chance to compete against Lightning McQueen. It will provide fans of the film with a new adventure set in the super fueled world of Radiator Springs.

The gameplay of Cars Mater National Championship is simple. But sometimes, staying simple is more than just great. The simplicity of this game is one of the best things about it. This story mainly revolves around the Mater National racing tournament, the building of his racing headquarters and the ambitious Radiator Springs racing stadium which is held by Lightning McQueen himself, a heavily featured location in the movies.
